Feeling a little under the weather today I turned to my stash of bone broth I keep in the freezer.
Like the good ole tales of yesteryear, there isn’t much a nice batch of chicken soup or bone broth can’t fix.
I make my broths regularly (about once a fortnight) and keep them in mason jars in the freezer. That way I’ve always got a go-to stock when I need it and today was one of those days.
The blokes at work have started coughing and sneezing and generally looking unwell. That’s definitely my cue to go straight into damage control.
I even took my diffuser into work and difused doTERRA’s On Guard in the office ALL DAY LONG with only a comment or two about how “girly” it smelled in there.
I WILL stave off this flu beast.
